Omega Ministries Web Page, The Loud Cry Responds again

First let me commend the operator of the Omega Ministries. Wooohooo!!!! I give you more credit than Nicholas at least you are not ducking and hiding avoiding the issues!!! Hats off to you brother, Big hug from brother David.

We are back to the original issue once again CONTEXT CONTEXT CONTEXT!!!!!!! Should I say that again?

Quoted on Omega Web Site,
"In Isaiah 4:1-4 and Isaiah 37:31, 32, seven women represent ALL formally organized churches. They are all doing their own thing at the end-time. Only a remnant escapes, Ezekiel 5:1-3 and Isaiah 37:31, 32. Ezekiel 9 is of end-time relevance per Ezekiel 5:9, because it is at the end-time that God does the worst thing He has ever done or ever will do, compare Matthew 24:21. "

The Loud Cry Responds,

2Pe 1:20  Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.

You stated, "
seven women represent ALL formally organized churches." Sister White does not comment on the seven women anywhere! This scripture does not have support one way or the other to mean this or that. Numbers in the Bible do have significance.

10 = universal application. 10 commandments, 10 kings etc,
12 = church application. 12 Tribes of Israel, !2 Apostles. 12 Stars on the woman of Revelation chapter 12 etc.
7= denotes something of the Creators handiwork. 7 days in a week. 7th day Sabbath etc.

Isaiah 4:1 makes mention of these items

bread = Word of God
apparel = Righteousness

The Man appears to be Christ, and the women want to be called by  His name.  They do not want His word, neither do they want his Robe of Righteousness,  they are comfortable with  their own works.

Ellen G. White does not identify who the seven women are. The only Biblical Reference that would be safe is the 7 Churches of Revelation chapter 2, 3. Since women in prophecy represents a church Jeremiah 6:2, and there is only one place in the Bible referring to 7 churches this is the safest interpretation.

Listen to what the Spirit says to the churches

Now we need to ask the question did the seven churches all refuse the apparel of Christ? Did they all refuse the word of God? Not at all! Some Churches are commended for their faithfulness, and obedience of the word of God. Therefore I can not with confidence say that the 7 churches are the 7 women of Isaiah 4:1-4. The description of Isaiah 4:1-4 may fit a given church in Revelation chapters 2-3, but it does not fit all seven churches!

Dear Brother, On the basis of scripture I am not able to give you a defined Thus saith the Lord stating the 7 women are so and so. You may be willing to do so as is your right, but on this point the Spirit of Prophecy is silent, and the scriptures are unclear. The Bible gives no other place leaving no other grounds to interpret the 7 women of Isaiah 4. Can you define these verses confidently to be directed in anyway to the Seventh-day Adventist Church, not on the basis of private interpretation that may conveniently fit your views, but rather on sound Biblical interpretation? Impossible!

You made reference to Isaiah 37: 31:32, Sister White wrote about these verses only once and that statement is found in both Prophets and Kings and in Review and Herald. The only context she gives to these verses is applying to ancient Israel. She did not endorse these verses in anyway to have a present message to the Seventh-day Adventist church as you have described.

"And the remnant that is escaped of the house of Judah shall yet again take root downward, and bear fruit upward. For out of Jerusalem shall go forth a remnant, and they that escape out of Mount Zion: the zeal of the Lord of hosts shall do this.  {RH, June 3, 1915 par. 4}

"Therefore thus saith the Lord concerning the king of Assyria. He shall not come into this city, nor shoot an arrow there, nor come before it with shield, nor cast a bank against it. By the way that he came, by the same shall he return, and shall not come into this city, saith the Lord. For I will defend this city, to save it, for mine own sake, and for my servant David's sake." Verses 29-34.
{RH, June 3, 1915 par. 5}

    That very night deliverance came. "The angel of the Lord went out, and smote in the camp of the Assyrians a hundred fourscore and five thousand." Verse 35. "All the mighty men of valor, and the leaders and captains in the camp of the king of Assyria" were slain. 2 Chron. 32:21.
{RH, June 3, 1915 par. 6}

    Tidings of this terrible judgment upon the army that had been sent to take Jerusalem, soon reached Sennacherib, who was still guarding the approach to Judea from Egypt. Stricken with fear, the Assyrian king hasted to depart, and "returned with shame of face to his own land." Verse 21. But he had not long to reign. In harmony with the prophecy that had been uttered concerning his sudden end, he was assassinated by those of his own home, "and Esar-haddon his son reigned in his stead." Isa. 37:38.
{RH, June 3, 1915 par. 7}

Omega Web page says,

I TOLD HER [MRS. LIDA SCOTT] HOW MOTHER REGARDED THE EXPERIENCE OF THE REMNANT CHURCH, AND OF HER POSITIVE TEACHING THAT GOD WOULD NOT PERMIT THIS DENOMINATION TO SO FULLY APOSTATIZE THAT THERE WOULD BE THE COMING OUT OF ANOTHER CHURCH.--W. C. White to E. E. Andross, May 23, 1915.

If Willie White and/or Ellen White is guilty of the above sentiments as stated by Willie, they both would contradict Ezekiel 5:1-3, in which a remnant escape and then the remaining three thirds is destroyed. They would violate Isaiah 37:31, 31. They would make Ellen White contradict herself when she said that Ezekiel 9 would be literally repeated "beginning at His Sanctuary, the House of Jacob," Testimonies, Vol. 5, 211.

The Loud Cry Reponds,

Do you my dear brother put your own interpretations of scripture above clearly revealed light of the Spirit of Prophecy? Is it possible your interpretation of Isaiah 37:31,32 needs re-examination? Is it possible it only applies to Ancient Israel as Sister White indicates? Is it possible you have stayed up late looking at these verses in Ezekiel and Isaiah

I appreciate the time you put into responding to the pages on my web site, again my hats off to you!

Your replies are thorough and I commend you on that. I must say that from what I have read a right understanding of the Shaking and Sifting time would answer the bulk of what you have to say. CLICK HERE

You wrote me a response to this page that seems to pivot around 1 Corinthians 10:11 giving license to apply every prophecy in the Bible to the Seventh-day Adventist Church? Are you sure that is wise?

1 Corinthians 10:11   Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.

This is in reference to the stories of the Old Testament. Abraham Noah, Daniel there lives are not merely recorded for entertainment, rather they are "ensamples" for us, to admonish us. I do not think it appropriate to apply a verse talking about the stories in the Bible twisting it say that ALL prophecies giving to ancient Israel are to apply to the Seventh-day Adventist Church.

You have written a great deal, but everything you have written stands or falls on your understanding of Isaiah 4:1-4. dbower_bird on Yahoo a man who is very much against the General Conference strongly disagrees with your interpreting these verses to be the 7 churches of Revelation, on the grounds that Philadelphia has no reproof what so ever. Therefore this church can not be one of the seven women of Isaiah 4 which refuse the bread and apparel. The quote you gave about the 7 churches of Revelation was fantastic  but it does not state the 7 churches are the seven women of Isaiah.  Your entire theory based on Isaiah 4 and 1 Corinthians 10:11 giving license to interpret all prophecies to be applying to the Seventh-day Adventist Church I find to have no sound support. Therefore the entire theory crumbles and falls.

You are a good student keep at your studies, be careful not to place your interpretations of scripture above sound principals of hermanutics and clearly revealed Inspiration found in the Spirit of Prophecy. You have a talent, use it for right! God Bless! David.
